Transforming your home and your life
Thinking about adding a loft conversion to your home? A loft conversion is one of the best investments that you can make. Not only does it provide an increase in space and living standards in your home, which is great for growing families, but it can also add approximately 21% to the value of your house (according to a study by Nationwide Building Society).
Choosing Unique Build for your loft conversion is choosing quality. We specialise in truly custom spaces, built to your specification. Each and every loft is designed with your ideas in mind, and is Unique to your needs and your home. You won’t find off-the-shelf or ‘pre-packaged’ designs with us. Instead, we work through the process with you to ensure everything is how you’d like it.
Every home has a project supervisor assigned to it. They’ll guide you through the process and keep you up to date as to the progress of your loft. In as little as 12 weeks, your new loft will be ready to live in and enjoy.

About Lancing
Lancing is a village within the Adur region of West Sussex. The village itself sits within the shadow of the iconic Lancing College. It makes for a fantastic home for growing families, being situated close to the seafront but also backing onto the South Downs. There is a large quantity of detached and semi-detached homes in the Lancing area, and house buyers often move here with the expectation of extending their homes and putting loft conversions in. With a large number of newer builds, many homes in Lancing aren’t as troubled by Grade II and upward listings of their buildings as neighbouring small towns and the city of Brighton & Hove, and thus planning permission is often much easier to manage here.
